CNC Grupp started producing machine components in 2012
Since then, the machining department has united with an experienced machine
builder to streamline our operations by vertically integrating production stages
for more control, higher efficiency and optimal results.
We prefer manufacturing whole machines according to our clients’ designs and
specifications.

Quality
CNC Grupp holds the ISO 9001 quality management system certification, issued by the highly valued classification society DNV.
All materials and alloys used in production of parts are exactly as specified or accepted by the client and ordered only if the supplier can provide the traceability and mechanical properties information by a specific material certificate.
The accordance of machined parts to the drawings is observed in production with calibrated measuring tools. Before packing, the parts are measured and inspected for compliance again and the results are documented when necessary.
The documents regarding the production and inspection processes can be issued to the client in required format and volume, if specified in the order.
Machining
Machining of industrial materials to produce machine components for our machine building department is the main field of operation of CNC Grupp Machining unit.
Additionally, we offer project-based machining services to external builders and contractos.

Small batch manufacturing varying from a few to hundreds of parts in a single line, depending on the volume of material removal, the overall dimensions and the complexity of parts.

Welders’ qualification certified according to EN ISO 9606
EN ISO 3834-3 Welding Manufacturing Certification, welding carbon steels up to 60 mm thickness.
Frames and constructions up to 5T part weight. Welding of hot formed hollow sections EN 10210 in addition to plain steel, cold-
rolled profiles and machined components. Third-party nondestructive testing (NDT).
